Mandarin oranges at Kindly Póg Mo Thóin

Why do I not eat these more often? They’re like juicy little bombs of citrus delight.

I love them too. The clementines, even though they are often seedless are just not as explosive, I think, as some of the varieties that have huge honkin’ seeds.

But you know what’s terrible? CANNED mandarin oranges.

I like the canned ones, too! As long as they’re not too mushy. They make a great salad with spinach and red onions and kalamatas.

H is a big fan. We get the canned ones, because, well they keep and they aren’t too expensive. He eats them up.
