		<description>The version I've had in a lasagna recipe tastes very good -- it's creamy and rich and has nice flavor.  And when you divide 4 ounces of nuts over 8 servings, it's not really all that much.</description>

		<description>Zuzu, how does the cashew ricotta taste on its own?  My mum doesn't eat any cheese since having a heart attack, but would love to have a nice slice of lasagna.  She's ok with the fat in nuts, since it's good fat (in moderation).</description>
