		<description>Same problem; the dining table became a horizon surface for magazines, yarn, etc.  I've been eating at the computer while I read blogs.  my dining table has a direct view of the TV.</description>

		<description>what the hell are you planning on DOING at this "dining table" of which you speak?  talk to the other people?  the mind boggles.

in the room between MY living room and my kitchen with the long table and mismatched uncomfortable chairs, it is customary to dump uncollected bills, dirty baby clothes and overdue library CDs.

eating?  THAT is reserved for the place of honor: my 2 year old daughter's shin-high toy table in the kitchen.  it's merely a matter of removing the crayons and dolls first.</description>
