Body Shop used to sell plain old adzuki flour for the same purpose; not sure if they do anymore. Otherwise the dead skin cells that sit over my pores block them and don't let the strip grab. It was so cool. Shiseido used to have a lower-priced line called 5S that had a pore mask that was basically a pore strip in a tube. I loved that, but the line was discontinued.
